Is there parking available? We would be driving to the south and want to spend the last days of our vacation in Rome but we have a rental car.

Dear Guest, we do not have private parking but there is a garage 200 meters where you can reserve a parking space for € 15.00 per day.

Is it possible to keep our luggage un the hotel before check in/after check out?

Usually It is possibile after checxk out. Before the check in it's more complcated because we have to clean and prepare the rooms and we prefer to receive our guests when all is ready. :)

Hello, is the check out in the afternoon available?

Hello! Sorry but the check out is at 10,00 Sometimes it is possibile to leave the luggages, we can agree upon check in

Hello. Is there a designated smoking area? Late check-in possible? After 11 pm?

Hello! No, we are sorry but in our Gesthouse smoking is not allowed. Apart from cases of emergency or unforeseeable delays, we prefer to avoid very late check-in in order not to disturb guests who are resting. Thank you

Best place to stay in Rome!
Everything was great, staf was extremly helpfull and lovely. A neighbourhood was safe and near to the center. Room and shared space were very clean. An access to the Internet was fast and always available.

Lovely accommodations.
Great coffee, and the host has fresh croissants in the morning. Slept well, lots of restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. It was nice being away from the crowds. Pleasant decor and nice washrooms.
